These terms cover this website and the free Google Review Check on it. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

My Voice Matters is a service of ThirdShift Technologies, Farmington Hills, Michigan.

What the Review Check does

You type a business name and the tool looks it up on Google Maps, then shows its rating, review count, recent reviews, and how it compares with similar businesses nearby. It also gives a “Review health score” from 0 to 100. The score is our own simple calculation. It is not a score from Google.

Google Maps terms apply

The Review Check uses Google Maps Platform. Your use of it is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, and Google’s own Privacy Policy applies to the Google data shown. Reviews and business details belong to Google and the people who wrote them.

No guarantees

The information is provided as is. Ratings and reviews change often, and the data may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. The score and tips are general guidance, not advice, and we don’t promise any particular rating, number of reviews, or business result from using our tool or our service.

Fair use

Please use the Review Check for normal, personal lookups. Don’t try to copy, scrape, or resell its results, overload it, or get around its limits. We limit how many lookups one visitor can run in an hour, and we may block use that looks like abuse.

Google is a trademark of Google LLC. My Voice Matters is not affiliated with Google.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
